Delivery timelines

Orders are prepared and dispatched from Morocco within one to two business days. Once shipped, tracked delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within Europe, 5–8 business days to North America, and 7–12 business days for the rest of the world.

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our atelier.

Shipping costs

Shipping is complimentary above a minimum order value that varies by destination; the threshold that applies to your address is shown in your cart and at checkout. Below that threshold, a flat tracked-shipping rate is calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped outside Morocco may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
