About this ritual
Sweet almond oil is a fine, pale oil pressed from sweet almonds. Light enough to spread easily and quick to sink in, it has been used in Morocco for generations on both skin and hair.
Warm a few drops between the palms and press them over the skin, or smooth them through the ends of the hair. It can also be used to soften richer oils and butters before they are applied.
